Absolutely. You don't need to arrive with a finished schematic or PCB. We can start with your concept, sketches, requirements, or even a pitch-deck-level idea and help turn it into a clear engineering plan and working prototype.

Getting Started
From idea to prototype.
It depends on the product's complexity and requirements. We first define the scope and technical requirements, then provide a structured proposal so you understand exactly what you're investing in.
Timelines depend on the product. We establish realistic milestones based on complexity, component availability, testing requirements, and the desired prototype level.
Engineering & Development
Design, validate, and scale.
We approach prototyping as an engineering validation process—not simply building something that looks good. Requirements, design reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and iteration are built into the development process.
Yes. We can support the transition from prototype to production through DFM, BOM optimization, component selection, documentation, testing, sourcing, and manufacturing preparation.
We can incorporate component lifecycle and obsolescence management into the engineering process, including alternate components and redesign strategies when necessary.
Yes. Where applicable, we can incorporate environmental, EMC/EMI, reliability, safety, and regulatory requirements into the design process from the beginning.
That's part of hardware development. We test, identify failures, determine root causes, and iterate. The objective isn't just to build a prototype—it's to create a validated design that can move toward production.
Business & IP
Your project, protected.
Yes. You only pay the agreed amount for each deliverable outlined in your contract. Clear milestones, defined deliverables, and transparent payment terms keep your project and budget under control.
Yes. Your IP remains yours. Project agreements clearly define ownership of designs, documentation, and other project deliverables.
Yes. We understand the importance of protecting your product concept, technical information, and business plans.
Yes. Your agreement is directly with Aleria Ingram in the United States. Project management, contracting, and payment processing are handled through our U.S. operations, providing clients with a straightforward U.S.-based business relationship.

Aleria Products
Built for what’s next.
Aleria Pulse is our AI-powered engineering intelligence platform, designed to turn engineering experience into actionable knowledge. It learns from past projects, design decisions, failures, expert knowledge, and proven engineering concepts to help our teams identify risks earlier and make smarter design decisions.
By applying this knowledge throughout the development process, Aleria Pulse helps reduce repeated mistakes, shorten development cycles, control engineering costs, and improve product reliability—giving our clients a faster, more informed path from concept to production.
Aleria SecureX is our secure client collaboration and project portal, powered by SuiteDash. It gives clients a centralized environment to exchange and manage sensitive engineering information, including schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs, technical documentation, test reports, and project deliverables.
Security is built into the platform with 256-bit encryption for data in transit and at rest, two-factor authentication, role-based access controls, audit trails, encrypted file storage, and automated backups. SuiteDash infrastructure is hosted on AWS, with redundant infrastructure and continuous security monitoring.
