About us

Built by an engineer.Engineered with aerospace rigor.

I founded Aleria Ingram with a simple conviction: advanced engineering expertise should be accessible without requiring companies to build and maintain a massive, multidisciplinary hardware team in-house. Modern electronic products require expertise across high-speed PCB design, embedded firmware, RF engineering, power systems, testing, and regulatory compliance. For startups and growing companies, having all of these capabilities under one roof can be expensive and difficult to justify. I believe there is another way: give companies access to specialized engineering talent when and where they need it, while keeping their internal teams focused on what they do best.

That belief comes from my own experience. As an electrical engineer with master's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Engineering Management from Purdue University in Indiana, as well as specialized avionics systems training from the University of Kansas, my career has been centered around high-reliability hardware and complex engineering environments. My professional experience spans aerospace electronics, electromagnetic compatibility, system verification, and circuit-level development.

Working in aerospace taught me that great engineering is not simply about making something work. It is about making it work reliably, repeatably, and predictably. That means disciplined verification, traceability, careful documentation, and attention to the details that will determine whether a system succeeds in the real world.

My experience as an aircraft pilot reinforced those lessons from a different perspective. Aviation relies heavily on Crew Resource Management (CRM), where clear communication, teamwork, and the deliberate use of specialized resources are essential to identifying and managing risks before they become serious problems. I see a strong parallel with modern engineering organizations: companies do not need to own every capability internally. They need access to the right expertise at the right time. That philosophy is at the heart of Aleria Ingram.

To deliver that level of specialized expertise at a sustainable cost, we designed a strategic hybrid model. We combine U.S. based project management, legal jurisdiction, and IP protection with high-quality engineering execution by ABET-accredited professional engineers based in Colombia. Our goal is to bring aerospace-inspired discipline to electronics development, including circuit design, embedded systems, RF engineering, pre-compliance testing, hardware redesign, and engineering problem solving.

Ultimately, Aleria Ingram is about making specialized engineering expertise easier to access. Whether you are developing a new product, solving a difficult hardware problem, preparing for compliance testing, or scaling an existing engineering team, we want to be the partner you can bring in when specialized expertise matters most.

I'm always interested in connecting with engineers, founders, and industry leaders who are building what comes next. If you'd like to exchange ideas, explore a potential collaboration, or simply have a conversation about engineering and innovation, I'd be glad to connect.
